What is your tooling charge and refund policy?

  • Whole new tooling:USD 5,000 - 8,000
  • Partial tooling: USD 1,500 - 2,500
    Tooling charges will be refunded if the delivery quantity reaches 3 million units within 2 years from the first order.

If there is a quality problem, how can you address it?

Upon receiving the container, please inspect all the cargo. If you find any breakage or defects, take pictures and videos from the original carton on-site. Claims must be submitted within 15 working days after the container’s arrival. This period is based on the arrival time of the container.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Our policy addresses issues with defective or incorrect products. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with returns or exchanges.

Our dedicated quality control team conducts rigorous testing and inspections throughout production to ensure products meet the highest standards, with a defective rate of less than 3%.
